Railroad accident attorney Bill Myers settled a case against SEPTA on behalf of a conductor who was injured when the trap door of a passenger car fell onto his head, knocking him to the ground.
Mr. Myers, a seasoned transportation lawyer, secured the $888,000 settlement just before the railroad accident case was to be arbitrated.
