Sean McMahon graduated from Fairfield University in 1989 and then started a group travel business
with his parents in his hometown in Massachusetts. He continued his studies and received his J.D.
cum laude from the New England School of Law in 1994. During law school Mr. McMahon was on Law
Review and received an American Jurisprudence Award. In 1998 Mr. McMahon returned to school and
earned an LL.M. from Boston University School of Law.
Since beginning his practice, Mr. McMahon has represented a variety of clients in trials in both state
and federal courts. In addition to representing injured persons, Mr. McMahon spent several years
representing the United States Government as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and as a
Senior Attorney litigating tax cases for the IRS in U.S. Tax Court.
Mr. McMahon is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Massachusetts. He is a member
of the Massachusetts Bar Association. |
