Michael J. Kelly was an employee of Amtrak for 16 years. From 1976 to 1992 he worked in a number of positions, including machine operator, truck driver, track inspector, heavy equipment operator, and welder. In 1992, he unfortunately was forced to leave the railroad as a result of an injury, but has maintained his ties to both Amtrak and other railroads. In fact, as a chief investigator for MyersLafferty, Mike has investigated accidents on behalf of injured employees of every major railroad on the Eastern Seaboard. Mike remains an active member of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees and many of his family members and friends are railroad employees. He is also a member of the Seaman's International Union and has helped investigate and prepare many cases for seamen injured on the job. Mike has walked in the shoes of our clients. He has experienced firsthand the pain that our clients and their families can experience. And he will handle your case with compassion and understanding while fighting hard to get you the compensation you deserve. Mike can be contacted at MJK@myerslafferty.com. |
